We accept returns up to 15 days from your ordered date.

Go online to reorder the the item.

Returns must include the bag & tags.

When we receive your returned order, a refund will be issued through Paypal.

If the item is returned item is dirty or with dog hair we reserve the right to refuse a refund

On returns that are not reordered there is a 20% restocking fee.
